2. **Parcel Acceptance:** Swift Atlantics reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of any parcel or package that violates local laws, contains hazardous materials, or poses a risk to our employees, partners, or the public. Customers must comply with all packaging and labeling requirements for safe transportation.

3. **Declared Value and Liability:** Customers have the option to declare the value of their shipment for insurance purposes. Swift Atlantics’s liability for loss or damage to parcels is limited to the declared value or the actual value, whichever is lesser, unless additional insurance is purchased.

4. **Delivery Times and Delays:** While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframes, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Swift Atlantics shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from delivery delays.

5. **Prohibited Items:** Customers are responsible for ensuring that their parcels do not contain any prohibited or illegal items. Prohibited items include but are not limited to dangerous goods, perishable items, firearms, illegal substances, and any items restricted by local or international regulations.

6. **Customer Information:** Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details. Swift Atlantics shall not be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.

7. **Delivery Attempts:** Our delivery team will make reasonable attempts to deliver the parcel to the recipient’s address as provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to the sender or held at a nearby pickup location for a specified period.

8. **Fees and Charges:** Customers are responsible for all applicable delivery fees, taxes, customs duties, and other charges associated with their shipments. Swift Atlantics reserves the right to adjust fees and charges without prior notice, subject to local regulations.

9. **Claims and Complaints:** In the event of loss or damage to a parcel, customers must notify Swift Atlantics within the specified time frame for filing a claim. Claims must be submitted with supporting documentation, and resolution will be subject to our claims handling procedures.

10. **Service Modifications and Termination:** Swift Atlantics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of its delivery services, including service areas and delivery options, at its sole discretion.
